What's the minimum commitment?
Flexible — depends on the size you're taking. Smaller spaces can run month-to-month. Larger commitments usually come with a sharper rate if you're happy to sign for 3 or 6 months. We work backwards from what you actually need.
Can I bring my own racking and shelving?
Yes. The space is yours to fit out within reason. Pallet racking, shelving, workbenches, a packing station — bring it in. We just need to know in advance for safety and load planning. You take it with you when you leave.
What about insurance?
You insure your own goods. We carry building and public liability insurance. The space is ESFR-sprinklered and security-monitored, which generally makes contents insurance straightforward and affordable.
Do you handle goods or just provide space?
We provide all handling and forklifting if required.
What can I store?
Most dry goods — stock, furniture, equipment, vehicles, archive, materials. No dangerous goods (flammables, chemicals, hazmat). If you're unsure, just ask.
